A 250+ bed medical center providing diagnostic, ambulatory, secondary and tertiary acute care, as well as rehabilitative and wellness services.

This facility uses state-of-the-art technology and performs the most advanced procedures.

Delivers professional radiation dosimetry services, including the execution of treatment plans by hand/computer, quality assurance/QC activities for all therapy units and simulator; and performing and/or checking calculation associated with patient treatments. Also functions in a Staff Radiation Therapist capacity as assigned. Reports directly to the Medical Physicist to assure accurate dosimetry/quality assurance services within the department.

Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program or equivalent preferred. Certification by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board as a Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) preferred. Certification by the ARRT or equivalent preferred. New York State Licensed Radiation Therapist (LRT) preferred. 5 years experience preferred.

$35.50 - $44.75/hr
