Description:

Salary based on Experience, Paid Medical, Disability, and Retirement Contribution, Provides physical therapy services including patient evaluation (infant/child/adolescent/adult/older adult), development and administration of a treatment plan, documentation and communication with physicians and other referrals sources, and clinical guidance to non-professional personnel. Full-Time Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm, Minimum of Bachelor Degree from accredited school of Physical Therapy. Experience/expertise in multiple treatment settings (acute, LTC, outpatients) preferred. Virginia licensure to practice or eligibility and application for licensure by the Virginia State Board of Physical Therapy. CPR and AED required.
