We are looking for a DIRECTOR of Interventional Outpatient Unit. Must have excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills, RN, FLorida Licence, and CPR required. Minimum 5 years related experience required, including supervisory/management experience on a nursing unit.

Demonstrated success and abilities in leadership, achieving results, communications, customer service and health care management.

Responsible for overall management of the day-to-day operation of the Interventional Outpatient Unit. Specific responsibilities include: Performance Improvement; policies and procedures; staffing/productivity; program development; and nursing care for the patient population served. The DIRECTOR guides the staff in the implementation of the nursing process and directs the cost effective allocation of resources.

Requires excellent judgment, customer service, and process improvement skills. Responsible for strategy, budget, quality, and performance improvement.
